bookshop or library. Almost anything written or drawn by these people
is likely to be successful for your program. You will want to have
several copies of at least one title in order to share reading as
a group. Choose what appeals to you, collect a selection of titles,
and be alert to books that display a sense of humor. Books for very
young children often provide entertainment for both the reader and
